BUNKER HILL CABLES WARRANTY (effective 11-22-2017)
Bunker Hill Engine Service, LLC (Bunker Hill Cables) warrants our products will meet the standards outlined in our product specification. This warranty is a limited, non-transferrable warranty to the original purchaser of our product. Bunker Hill Cables warrants that the product shall be free from all defects that impair the original function of the product for a period of 1 year from the purchaser’s date of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects on the product. This warranty is not valid when the Bunker Hill Cables products are not installed as recommended. The customer is responsible for inspecting each piece prior to installation. If there are any questions regarding specs or defects prior to installation, DO NOT INSTALL the product. Please contact Bunker Hill Cables if you have any questions or are not sure how to properly install the product. Bunker Hill Cables is not responsible for any damage that may occur to machinery or equipment due to a defect in the product.

Bunker Hill Cables is not liable for a breach of the warranty unless: the purchaser completes a warranty claim form; purchaser provides proof-of-original purchase; purchaser sends photos showing how the product is defective; purchaser pays to return the product to Bunker Hill Cables and Bunker Hill Cables reasonably verifies purchaser’s claim that the product is defective.
Bunker Hill Cables is not liable for a breach of the warranty if: the purchaser continues to use the product after filing a warranty claim; the defect arises because purchaser failed to follow Bunker Hill Cables’ oral or written instructions as to the installation and maintenance of the product; purchaser alters product without the prior written consent of Bunker Hill Cables.
If Bunker Hill Cables determines that the purchaser has a valid warranty claim, Bunker Hill Cables shall at its sole discretion: repair the product; provide new product; provide dealer credit; or refund the original purchase price of the product.
BUNKER HILL CABLES’ OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ORIGINAL BUNKER HILL CABLES PRODUCT. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE THE PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND BUNKER HILL CABLES’ ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY.
THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES (1) LABOR AND COSTS OF LABOR FOR THE APPLICATION OR REMOVAL OF ANY PRODUCT, AND (2) ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
BUNKER HILL CABLES MAKES NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN. BUNKER HILL CABLES MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY (a) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY or (b) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE.
Some states do not allow limitations of implied warranty so this limitation may not apply to you.
